Took my 2017 Subaru Outback there a couple of weeks ago for an electrical problem. I was impressed by their service and fair pricing. I also cannot say enough about the staff, they were awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.

Tony and his crew always provide reliable, trustworthy service of the highest quality. Tony actually takes the time to look out for what is in your best interest and has earned the business of me and anyone else I can recommend. He's handled every problem I've thrown his way with many different makes and models. Great service and great people.

Tony and staff are excellent! They were able to squeeze me in last minute to take a look at my car before a long road trip. Efficient, kind and fair- priced shop. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

I would rate Masello's 10 stars if possible. I have an SUV with very low mileage and for the last six months I have been in and out of the dealership (thinking the repair would be under warranty) because my battery kept dying. The dealership couldn't identify the problem and would try a repair on a part but the car would still die out. I was at the point to just sell at a loss because I needed a reliable vehicle for work. I decided to try Masellos as a last resort. Dropped the car off and he called two days later. He had diagnosed and repaired the problem. My car is running great. Masello knows cars and has high standards, he is the best and I highly recommend his garage. The bill was so reasonable, I can't say how thankful I am.

They are very nice people who always do a great job. Very consistent and honest about pricing - I know cars well, so it is easy to find shops that try to rip you off or take your money - Masello's a very reliable place I bring my cars when I can't do the work myself or don't have time to

Cannot say enough good positive things about Masellos. Complete peace of mind when I bring my car in. I know the guys all are extremely knowledgeable in caring for my vehicle. They always treat you with kindness and respect. So happy I found mechanics that aren’t out to pull one over on people. I hear others talk about their nightmare experience and think thank goodness I don’t have that to worry about. Thank you Tony for running a great place for Syracuse to take their vehicles to.

Depending upon the cost and integrity of the vehicle, Tony will take the approach that is in the best interest of the customer.
